Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexus Notion's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Nexus Notion provides web development, POS software, CMS solutions, digital marketing, software development, cybersecurity, and SEO services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work or project proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. Nexus Notion retains ownership of all proprietary tools, frameworks, and pre-existing code used in the project unless explicitly transferred in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a 50% deposit before work commences, with the remaining 50% due on delivery. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee. Nexus Notion reserves the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two years.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexus Notion's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
